Free Freight and Delivery
All of our Orchid cut flower bunches, Tropical cut flower box's and special presentation bouquets are delivered door to door freight free to any town in Australia.
We use Australian Air Express for our deliveries, unlike many suppliers who use truck transport or Aust Post.
Even though our packaging is designed to keep your flowers fresh and hydrated for up to three days in transit we also know that the quicker you receive them the longer they will last. Air freight with special courier delivery is the only sure fire safe delivery system for our huge country.
For added security and to guarantee your flowers are not exposed to adverse conditions our couriers will only leave your flowers if there is some one home to sign for them. If no one is home they will leave a card to advise you where to pick them up, usually the nearest post office or freight depot.
Our Singapore Orchids arrive every Tuesday morning and are shipped the same day to our customers for Wednesday / Thursday delivery only.
Heliconia, Ginger, Costos, Cordyline and Lucky Bamboo are all grown on our farm here in Cairns North Queensland. They are picked twice a week for delivery on Mondays and Wednesday / Thursday.
We understand that some customers may want delivery on certain other days and that other suppliers may give you this option. Yes, we could also give you this option too, but we choose to give you absolute freshness instead. Tropical flowers are only picked once or twice a week and it is for this reason that we only supply twice a week. In fact we guarantee that nothing we supply you will be more than 24 hours old from having been picked or arriving at our farm here in Cairns North Queensland.
Flowers sent to WA and TAS require quarrantine inspection and fumigation. The relevant authorities will charge the receiver a fee for this. Any customers wanting to send to WA or TAS should contact us diectly by phone for details before placing the order.
