At Tropical Blooms we believe our customers should have the last say on quality and service. For this reason we cover our full range of products with a no argument quality guarantee into your store or home. If you are not entirely happy with your delivery just contact us within 24 hours of arrival and we will arrange to replace them free of charge.
In addition to our quality guarantee we also quarantee that no flowers shipped to you will be more than 24 hours old from when picked by us or received at our farm. Unlike many other growers and importers we promise to supply you only the very freshest quality stock.
Secure payment through Pay Pal
Tropical Blooms is affiliated with Pay Pal. When you make a purchase from us we do not collect any payment information on this site. You will be transfered to the secure Pay Pal web site at check out to make your payment. You can pay using your Pal pal account or as a guest using most credit cards, debit cards or direct transfer methods directly through the Pay Pal secure web site.
Privacy
To use this site fully (ie to place an order) we do require some personal data for the purpose of supplying specific products or services as requested by the customer. Certain information may be required to perform this service such as name of customer and recipient, address, email address and phone numbers. We will not disclose any personal information collected to any person outside the company, unless authorised by the customer to do so or as may be required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will we sell or receive payment or services for disclosing customers personal information to any external company. We do not collect any payment details on this web site.
